Hi, Is there a PCI TV card that works with satellite signal instead of regular cable? - pci cable
I have a PC with WMC, the PCI TV works perfectly with my cable TV. What kind of PCI card can detect the TV signal is a flat cable and satellite on a standard PC?

Nothing but the antenna - you need a satellite receiver, the signals from the antenna to convert the existing TV signals.
