Eat whole foods, real bread - whole wheat bread, brown rice, whole grains, fruits and vegetables with skin, beans ...
I understand that bran muffins more flavor to the prohibition of real sounds. However, I do not think buying cakes in restaurants and grocery stores, because most of white sugar, flour, eggs and more and who knows what will otherwise be made yet. (In some places like Tim Horton's and Panera options of whole grains, but it is much less expensive to produce at home and can control exactly what is in them.)
It's the same thing with granola bars. Most of them contain Nutri (-Kellogg 's, which corresponds to the bank ...), corn syrup, corn syrup, fructose, and artificial colors and flavors and hydrogenated oils ... Just Health. I buy at Whole Foods and Trader Joe's, but more for portable / nutritional snacks. (I avoid all of Kellogg's. They claim to be healthy, but most of their products are artificial things. No, thanks.)
Perform a search for "sources of fiber vegan & quot;. And I just found a couple of new pages. (http://www.thenaughtyvegan.com http://www.veganpeace.com)
I eat whole foods, the same day and I have no problem with it, regularly. Fine (almost every morning wakes me is what is between 5:30-6. It's that, I mean 45 minutes yoga before breakfast - whole grain and organic soy milk.)
